Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Analysis:
• Analyse purchasing data to identify trends, cost savings, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
2. Cost Management:
• Monitor and analyse costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
3. Vendor Management:
• Evaluate and maintain a database of approved suppliers.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
• Prepare reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
• Use analytical tools to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
5. Process Improvement:
• Identify gaps in the purchasing process and recommend improvements.
• Implement procurement best practices to enhance efficiency.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
• Qualified CA
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in procurement tools and SAP
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
3. Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret procurement data.
• Ability to forecast demand and optimize purchasing strategies.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
5. Attention to Detail:
• High level of accuracy in managing procurement data and documentation.
6. Time Management:
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• 0-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing analysis, or Audit
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, consultancy, FMCG, or logistic
• CA fresher also can apply
