Associate Product Manager

Role: Associate Product Manager

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and prioritize features based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams for smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research for product improvements.
• Track product performance using data analytics tools and generate insights.
• Work with stakeholders to align product vision and strategy.
• Analyze product success through A/B testing, surveys, UAT and customer feedback.
• Support product launch processes, including documentation, training, and marketing coordination.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, wireframing tools, and product development cycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, or technical concepts is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ticket Management System tools will be an added advantage.
