Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of the product lifecycle for our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to deliver innovative solutions that delight our users and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include as the Product Manager overseeing our SaaS platform, you'll lead every aspect of the product journey. This encompasses crafting and implementing a strategic roadmap, consolidating and ranking requirements, and fostering collaboration across teams to introduce groundbreaking solutions. You'll be instrumental in orchestrating product debuts, guaranteeing seamless market introductions and coherent messaging. Constantly monitoring metrics, dissecting user input, and remaining abreast of industry shifts will also be pivotal tasks. Establishing robust rapport with stakeholders and championing product advancements grounded in customer insights will be central to excelling in this role.

Outcomes Expected:

1.Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

2.Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives to create a clear and achievable product roadmap.

3. Requirements Management: Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company objectives.

5. Product Launch: Drive successful product launches by coordinating cross functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring effective communication internally and externally.

6.Product Performance: Monitor key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and iterate on features to improve product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction.

7.Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

8.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives, to gather feedback, align on priorities, and advocate for product enhancements.
