Job Description Mandate Processing

The person’s responsibility would be to cross check the mandates with system & do necessary corrections wherever require.

The goal is to provide accurate data of ECS mandate.

Responsibilities

• Managing complete ECS mandate registration process.
• Coordinating with branches and aggregators to resolve mandate related issues.
• Update master sheets of mandate registration data.
• Handling queries/issues raised by Sales Team &Aggregators.
• Maintaining MIS for registration of ECS forms & pending forms & other mandate related basic reports.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Person should have completed His / Her Graduation
• Average Excel Knowledge.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in mandate processing.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
