What will you drive?

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance used car offerings and identify new value-added services.
• Service Portfolio: Build and manage a portfolio of services like warranties, inspections, and reconditioning to meet market needs.
• Vendor Partnerships: Negotiate and manage vendor and partner relationships for favorable terms and opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery through standardized processes.
• Collaboration: Align with product and marketing teams to create consumer-focused services and execute promotional campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize service performance, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Who are we looking for ?

• Qualifications: Bachelors in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Proven expertise in strategy, vendor management, team leadership, data analysis, and communication.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive trends and value-added services.
