About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Strategy Intern to join our Supply Team, focusing on enhancing the Dealer Experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive dealer engagement, improve service levels, and optimize the dealer journey on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze dealer engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement in dealer experience.

- Develop strategies to enhance dealer retention, satisfaction, and transaction frequency.

- Work on process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting data-driven solutions.

- Assist in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dealer experience.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to implement dealer-friendly initiatives.

- Conduct market research to understand dealer needs and benchmark against industry best practices.

- Support the execution of strategic projects aimed at improving dealer participation and loyalty.

- Generate insights and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and Tableau.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from large datasets.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for business strategy and marketplace dynamics.

- Basic understanding of the automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus.
