• Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Talent Pipeline: Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by creating and sharing engaging content on social media platforms.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• College Pass outs and Immediate Joiners
• Available for tenure of 6 months
• Possesses good communication skills
