About the Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving and achieving 100% HR metrics while supporting various HR functions:

• HR Metrics & Compliance: Achieve 100% HR-related objectives, including managing exit and termination processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR practices with business goals.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster positive relationships between staff and management, resolving grievances, and enhancing overall employee engagement and retention.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand role expectations.
• HR Guidance & Consultancy: Provide daily HR guidance to line management, analyzing trends, addressing complex employee relations issues, and offering strategic HR recommendations.
• Workforce Planning & Succession: Monitor workforce trends and support succession planning by identifying talent gaps and opportunities for growth.
• Training & Development: Conduct refresher training on HR policies and practices, ensuring employees remain updated on regulations and best practices.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale, productivity, and overall satisfaction.
• Disciplinary Actions & Grievances: Address personnel grievances promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management to improve work relationships, boost morale, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on retail industry experience being an added advantage.

• Education: Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Key Attributes:
• Ability to counsel employees and manage disciplinary actions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Proficient in local languages is mandatory.
