Job Description

Please find below the job specifications (We are looking for candidates who have worked in night shift in previous employments)


  • Shift timing- US Shift ( 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
  • Working days - 5 days
  • Base Location Bangalore
  • Both sides cab

The incumbent shall be responsible for the following key functions:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Aligning introduction of new hires with RM and their teams and communicating involvement procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all joining processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Enhance Pre and post onboarding experience
  • Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
  • Coordinating with HR, Admin, IT and business for smooth onboarding
  • Crafting and sending communication to stakeholders with information about onboarding and training
  • Addressing the queries of new hires regarding their HR Policy processes and payroll
  • Gathering and processing paperwork of new Joiners
  • Welcoming new hires and giving them a tour of the office and floor interaction
  • Preparing and Sharing new joiners detail for payroll
  • Set up meetings on Day0 and Day1 with different stakeholders
  • Automation of HR processes and database management
  • Employee lifecycle Management
  • KRAs setting, measuring the achievements in periodical intervals of set goals.
  • Drive Performance Management System
  • Drive RnR, PIP for performance culture building and implementing HR hygiene
  • Conducting Exit interviews and provide insight to curtail the same
  • HR Budgeting
  • Policy framework
  • Attendance management and payroll inputs (MIS)
  • Driving key initiatives for employee engagement and enhancing of ESAT score
