Requirement

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team for a fixed-term period (3 Months). The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and stakeholder management, to drive business performance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in business administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a corporate or large-scale organization.
• Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, stakeholder management, and performance management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and organizational development strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
