About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Analytics Intern to join our Supply Team ( Dealer ). This role is perfect for individuals passionate about data analytics, business intelligence, and optimizing auction performance. You will work closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineering teams to generate insights that drive strategic decisions for improving dealer engagement, auction efficiency, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze dealer engagement metrics, auction success rates, and bidding patterns to identify trends and opportunities.

- Generate insights and visualizations to support decision-making for auction performance improvement.

- Work with large datasets to track KPIs and provide regular reports on dealer participation and auction dynamics.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to define key success metrics and measure the impact of new initiatives.

- Assist in building dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.

- Support A/B testing experiments to evaluate new auction features and engagement strategies.

- Identify data discrepancies and work with engineering teams to improve data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is preferred.

- Basic understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

- Self-starter with a keen interest in automotive marketplaces and auction dynamics.
