No weekend offs. Company is greedy to make money so much so that they make everyone work on weekends. Even after that, they expect the employees to stay up late till night after getting home to do more work. Not only that, management sometimes calls the employees on their assigned off days. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PERSONAL LIFE!
