About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Contributing to employee engagement efforts through organizing team-building events and recognition programs
4. Assisting in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information
5. Collaborating with HR team members on various projects such as performance management and training initiatives
6. Providing administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents
