What will you drive?

❖ Expertise in automotive 4W PV segment spare parts quality knowhow
❖ Monitoring and controlling supplier audits, evaluations and upgradations for adherence to quality standards and guidelines
❖ Consolidating and analyzing supplier performances through reports like supplier PPM, delivery ratings for quality control
❖ Define quality measurement parameters to assess the quality as per market standards
❖ Tie with testing labs for product quality measurements and understanding the quality nuisances across different product categories
❖ Performing root-cause analysis and monitoring corrective and preventive actions at supplier end to meet quality standards
❖ Conducting periodical meetings with the suppliers team to discuss performance and/or developments
❖ Providing training to suppliers and creating awareness around quality control tools and complaint resolution process for quality control
❖ Customer complaint monitoring and review actions
❖ Monitoring of sales return, warranty claims and prepare action plan accordingly.

Who are we looking for ?

❖ Sharp and dynamic candidates with consistent record of high performance

❖ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in supplier management, private label procurement, quality technical knowhowin the spare parts auto industry.

❖ Inclination to be in-person meetings with vendors and relationship management
