What will you drive?

As Senior Pricing manager , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the catalog for our aftermarket spare parts business. Your key responsibilities will include:

Pricing Strategy Development:

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to determine optimal pricing structures for different product categories and segments.
• Develop pricing models including base prices, promotional pricing, discounts, and price tiers.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on real-time market conditions and customer behavior.

Competitive Analysis:

• Continuously monitor competitor pricing across various online marketplaces and channels.
• Identify opportunities to adjust pricing based on competitive landscape and market positioning.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track key pricing metrics like sales volume, conversion rates, average selling price, and profit margins.
• Generate detailed reports on pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with product management teams to understand product cost structures and pricing implications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure pricing consistency and address customer pricing inquiries.

Pricing Optimization and Testing:

• Conduct A/B testing on different pricing models to identify the most effective strategies.
• Implement price adjustments based on data analysis and testing results to maximize revenue and profitability.

System Management:

• Manage pricing functionalities within the eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate price updates across all product listings.
• Monitor and address any pricing discrepancies or technical issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
• Understanding of eCommerce/Automotive platforms and pricing mechanisms
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Business acumen and strategic thinking to develop effective pricing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Background in economics, business administration, or related field
• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and familiarity with spare part business would be a plus
