What will you drive?

Loss Optimizations:

• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for loss optimizations and tax savings related to direct and indirect taxes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement loss optimization strategies.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented loss optimization measures.

Direct & Indirect Tax Management:

• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, providing guidance to the business on tax implications.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.

Project Management:

• Take ownership of tax-related projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Effectively communicate project objectives and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Oversee tax compliance activities related to loss optimizations and direct and indirect tax.
• Prepare and review tax reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.

Automation:

• Look for opportunities for automation in Taxation Processes.
• Work closely with the Tech team for automation of tax compliance/litigation.

Who’s the perfect fit?

• Qualified CA, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in direct and indirect tax.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and managing complex tax projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders.
