Quality Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Processes: Conduct internal audits on manufacturing, production, or service processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulations.
• Quality Control: Review and inspect finished products and processes to ensure they meet the required specifications, and identify any defects or deviations.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports of audit findings, identifying non-compliance, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of audit results.
• Compliance: Ensure that company practices comply with industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and legal requirements.
• Process Improvement: Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on audit findings to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production processes.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and procedures. Assist in developing quality control materials and documents.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities, and work closely with relevant teams to resolve these issues.
• Customer Requirements: Ensure products or services meet customer specifications and expectations by adhering to the quality standards defined by clients or regulatory bodies.
• Maintain Standards: Support the development and updating of quality assurance and audit standards, procedures, and checklists.
• Non-Conformance Reporting: Monitor and track non-conformance issues, initiate corrective actions, and ensure effective resolution in a timely manner.
