Executive -Telecalling Advisor
Requirement
- Relevant experience in Telesales, Outbound calling
- Graduate degree
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (will be an added advantage for regional locations)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with questions & needs.
- Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
- Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
- Making sure that customer's paperwork is completed efficiently.
- Handling high call volume.
