Worst culture I have ever seen the manager was chain snatcher in DTDC .. Parul chugh and HR is also with him together they do chain snatching

There is no work-life balance at this company. The week off exists only to fulfil the requirement of 365 working days; there are no real leaves or holidays. Even if you do take leave, management often calls you that day, which means you can't find any peace of mind. The company is purely focused on sucking the employee's blood and you have to sacrifice your family life and personal time. Even if you put in a great deal of effort, the company will not recognize or appreciate it. I sincerely believe the company is not going to grow.
