Area Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles (3w-4w)

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial automobile sector (3W or 4W commercial vehicles). The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealership operations, and driving market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Achieve monthly retail targets through dealer & retail channels.
✔ Manage assigned dealerships and ensure SKU availability.
✔ Develop and execute field visit & activation plans.
✔ Identify new business opportunities in logistics, FMCG, gas, water, etc.
✔ Establish and maintain partnerships with banks & financers for loan facilitation.
✔ Oversee payment collection and dealership fund rotation.
✔ Train and review dealership & territory sales executives.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
✅ 5-15 years of sales experience in 3W or 4W commercial vehicles.
✅ Strong dealership management & customer mapping skills.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation abilities.
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
