Job Description-Territory Sales Manager/Territory Sales Executive
An electric vehicle startup based out of New Delhi, India. It is focused on sustainable last mile transport by accelerating the transition from internal combustion engines to new age electric vehicles and becoming a category leader for cargo and passenger vehicles. They are building an electric vehicle platform - 3Wheeler and 4Wheeler
Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of products or services.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with customers to achieve win-win outcomes. Close sales and ensure timely payment collection.
6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide feedback to the management team regarding sales strategies and market conditions.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Key Requirements:-
1. Achieving Monthly Retail Target of 5/6 vehicles.
2. Conducting Test Ride with captive customer like Gas agencies, Supplier.
3. Mapping of customers at Vegetable Mandi.
4. Planning Field Activity like Morning Mandi, Exchange Mela.
5. Meeting 10 Captive Customer on Daily Basis
