Electric Vehicle Trainer (Bangalore - JP Nagar)

Location - Bangalore - JP Nagar

Salary - Up to 40k ctc

Qualification - Must be a graduate

Experience - In electric vehicle domain as a Trainer - 1+ year

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive training modules covering EV technologies, features, benefits, and customer service best practices.
• Customize training content for different roles, including EV Sales Assistants and EV Service Assistants.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing team members.
• Utilize various training methods, such as presentations, hands-on exercises, and workshops.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in electric vehicle technologies, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
• Incorporate new information into training programs to ensure team members are up-to-date.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to understand their specific training needs.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Offer technical insights and guidance on EV mechanics, diagnostics, and software systems.
• Assist in creating a strong foundation of technical knowledge for trainees.
• Implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from trainees and adjust training content as needed.
• Keep detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in the training database.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field, preferably in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.Teaching Skills: Proven ability to effectively teach and train individuals with varying levels of expertise.EV Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electric vehicle technologies, mechanics, charging infrastructure, and software systems.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EV diagnostic tools, software systems, and other technical equipment. Experience with inventory management software is a plus.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, including roles related to sales, service, or technical support.
