What will you drive?

As a Cataloging Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the catalog for our aftermarket spare parts business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Data Management: Accurately upload, update, and maintain product information, specifications, and images for all SKUs on our platform.
• Catalog Structuring: Create and maintain a well-organized, detailed, and user-friendly product catalog with proper Make-Model-Year (MMY) mapping to ensure ease of customer navigation.
• Data Accuracy and Quality: Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and consistent by conducting regular audits and addressing discrepancies proactively.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the procurement, pricing, and supply chain teams to ensure the catalog reflects the latest product offerings and pricing updates.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor catalogs and identify opportunities to enhance our offerings and improve user experience.
• Automation Support: Support the implementation of automation tools and processes to streamline cataloging operations.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any errors or gaps in the catalog, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cataloging Associate with a passion for the automotive aftermarket industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Prior experience in cataloging, product data management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry. Familiarity with managing large SKU volumes is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and optimize processes.
• Good communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and familiarity with Make-Model-Year (MMY) mapping.
• Experience working with cataloging or inventory management software.
