Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end project management, ensuring timely execution and operational efficiency.
✔ Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.
✔ Oversee the procurement, deployment, and implementation of biometric and other IT-based solutions.
✔ Ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to drive seamless project execution.
✔ Handle contract negotiations, invoicing, and vendor payments.
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring productivity and smooth operations.
✔ Provide on-ground support and problem-solving for operational challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field
📌 7+ years of experience in Project Management/Operations across Security Solutions, Events, or related domains
📌 Mandatory experience in leading & managing teams
📌 Prior exposure to biometric or security-related projects is a plus but not mandatory
