Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pathetic HR policies. After 7 rounds they were asking to come in office to check how a person write a mail to check whether a person is capable of writing a mail or not. I went for 6 hours there but instead of wasting those 6 hours in wait nothing much happened. They want you to prepare BOQ without any technical specification in a perfect manner and only on the basis of some pictures.
They will keep you waiting for long hours and will harras you with pathetic questions. I mean who take aptitude of 8th grade standard for a MEP Manager. There should be technical questions and process related questions but instead of this they ask stupid things.
Never go for interview , it's a scam.
