About This Role.
Wiley's Digital Events team delivers webinars and virtual events within Audience Solutions, a group focused on helping healthcare and science companies grow alongside our vast network of research and practitioner audiences.
We use our industry-leading expertise in digital content, marketing, and technology to provide online advertising, sponsored publications, educational websites, virtual events and more.
Our work is fuelled by the reach and authority of Wiley's scientific journal portfolios, expert content strategists and society networks.
This role will specifically aid the Digital Events Team in the delivery of webinars and virtual events across multiple accounts.
Projects will include customers and speakers based in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
When needed, this role will also include working with other Project Managers on the development of new and ongoing Vertical Initiatives, aimed at providing new audience solutions to specific, growing markets.
How You Will Make An Impact.
Based on a growing demand for the delivery of projects in the space, we are further expanding our digital events team with this project management role.
This important role will be responsible for project delivery, customer satisfaction, technology implementation and marketing oversight across a broad range of digital events.
With a growing need for project support in APAC, this role will grow the Digital Event Team's footprint to better serve our customers and audience.
What We Are Looking For.
Relevant experience in project and event management.
Focus on cross-team collaboration, marketing strategy, platform functionality, project KPIs and client management will be essential, and the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial or event management focus, be keen to take ownership of project delivery.
Fluency in English is essential.
