Job Description
- Establish event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, including strategic development, venue selection, logistics, scheduling, on-site management, and vendor management
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the event are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and integrate high-impact content.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to secure necessary services and products.
- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and immediate resolution of any issues.
- Ensure that the event runs according to the planned agenda and meets quality standards.
- Conduct a comprehensive post-event evaluation to assess the success of the event against established KPIs and gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- This role requires a highly experienced professional (10+ years) with a robust background in large-scale event planning, exceptional organizational skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Expertise in all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, logistics, and content development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
