Events Manager

Job Overview

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee high-profile events that align with our luxury brand standards and engage high-net-worth clients. This role will manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of exclusive events that highlight our luxury properties, enhance client engagement, and elevate our brand presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Planning
  
• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the brands objectives and targets affluent client demographics.
• Create unique event concepts that enhance brand value and showcase properties in luxurious and engaging settings.
• Budget preparation, approval, and management for each event, ensuring ROI and fiscal responsibility.
• Project Management
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) for seamless event execution.
• Oversee all event logistics, from venue selection and setup to AV arrangements, catering, and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards for each event.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Relations
  
• Source and manage vendors, including event planners, decorators, caterers, AV suppliers, and other service providers, ensuring high standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with media partners, luxury brands, and influencers to enhance event reach and credibility.
• Guest & Client Engagement
  
• Develop personalized guest lists and manage RSVPs, ensuring high-quality attendance at each event.
• Enhance client experience by curating tailored interactions, exclusive access, and memorable touchpoints throughout the event.
• Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
  
• Conduct post-event debriefs, gather feedback, and analyze event performance to continuously improve future events.
• Prepare detailed reports on event success metrics, client engagement levels, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the luxury or real estate industries.
• A strong network of vendors, influencers, and luxury brand partners.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics and high-end client preferences.
