Job Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Executive to handle and monitor all litigation matters, ensuring their timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be adept at working with advocates, senior advocates, and law firms, and have a strong understanding of legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Management: Take full responsibility for handling all litigation matters, ensuring continuous monitoring for early case disposal.
• Communication & Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with advocates, senior advocates, law firms, and other stakeholders involved in litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal matters.
• Court Attendance: Attend and manage all cases filed by or against the company before various courts on a daily basis, ensuring effective representation.
• Legal Drafting & Research: Proficiently draft various legal documents, including memorandums, pleadings, rejoinders, notices, and perform thorough legal research, including citation analysis.
• Legal Notices & Correspondence: Assist in drafting legal notices, recovery notices, public notices, and replies to legal correspondences. Support in initiating fresh legal actions, such as recovery and specific performance cases.
• Litigation Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive litigation list, reporting the status of ongoing cases. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for managements review.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external parties to ensure seamless coordination in legal matters.
• Teamwork & Support: Work collaboratively within the legal team, fostering a strong sense of team spirit and contributing positively to team objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling litigation matters across various courts and legal forums.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with legal professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research, with the ability to review complex legal documents and case materials.
