The Events Director at Coresight Research is tasked to lead our events strategy and execution, encompassing both in-person and digital formats. The ideal candidate will be adept at orchestrating a wide range of events, including but not limited to dinners, cocktail parties, webinars, LinkedIn Lives and presentations at industry and client events. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and execution skills who will work seamlessly across both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a Center of Excellence for Events at Coresight Research, supporting all Coresight business lines (e.g., Syndicated Research, Innovator Services, and Advisory Services) in the execution of in-person and digital events (e.g., webinars, cocktail parties, dinners, LinkedIn Lives, speeches, etc.).
Manage the execution of all events including developing an events execution template that is followed for all events that addresses all the pre and post event steps required to execute a successful event.
Support event coordination and ensure quality control standards are met, troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event process. Specific responsibilities will be outlined based on team structure and support roles.
Serve as the primary event liaison to the organization s event sponsors, guest speakers and key stakeholders.
Pitch, coordinate and facilitate external event appearances for the CEO & other Coresight senior leaders at industry events, Customer Advisory Board Meetings and guest speaking engagements.
Track key metrics for events such as participation, feedback, etc. and debrief each event to learn and continually improve.
Evolve processes and procedures surrounding Coresight s event management strategy to drive exceptional event execution. Work extensively with multiple digital event platforms and provide recommendations for enhancing the value and quality of both physical and digital events.
Manage the creation of any needed presentations for events and develop questions for panel events.
Own the promotional strategy for all events; Manage the creation of and/or write all promo/copy; Create and schedule all email marketing materials. Manage the social media team as it relates to events.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as A/V, Business Development, Research, Social Media, and Design teams.
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience with Events & Social Media Coordination
You have a strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, Zoom & CRM platforms (namely HubSpot)
