• Business development.
• Responsible for end-to-end customer engagement.
• Payment Follow-ups, Account Management and Service Call handling.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential inventories with the clients
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
