Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional in Corporate Treasury to lead and optimize the organizations treasury function. This senior executive will oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, risk mitigation, and financial strategies to ensure financial stability and support growth. The ideal candidate is a financial leader with extensive knowledge of capital markets, risk management, and liquidity optimization, bringing a proactive and strategic approach to corporate financial planning.

Responsibility:

• Develop and lead the companys long-term treasury strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and financial objectives.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, ensuring liquidity planning meets the companys operational and strategic needs.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and counterparty risks, implementing effective hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal risk policies
• Optimize capital allocation, balancing liquidity needs with return objectives to maximize cash and investment efficiency.
• Manage the companys investment portfolio in line with risk tolerance and strategic priorities.
• Assess funding and investment opportunities, working with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive rates.
• Oversee debt management, including issuance, refinancing, and covenant compliance.
• Develop and implement cost-effective financing strategies, identifying funding options to support business expansion and acquisitions.
• Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and lenders, ensuring the best terms on loans and credit facilities

Qualification:

• Graduate with 8+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Candidate should understand capital markets, liquidity management, risk analysis, and treasury management systems (e.g., TMS, ERP).
• Candidate should be a good strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Candidate should be experienced either in multinational or complex corporate environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax implications, and accounting principles relevant to treasury.
• Strong leadership abilities and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
