Treasury Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for complete Banking & treasury management at group level
• Manage all banking/cash transaction reconciliation on daily basis.
• Resolving all bank reconciliation inquiries in professional manner in a high-demanding environment
• Drive process efficiencies and improve effective utilization of resources
• Validation of audit schedules and Cash/Bank reconciliations /Confirmations
• Manage team and SLAs of the process
• Ensure timely closing of bank reconciliation
• Ensure fund management / Investments on daily basis
• Effective people management and development
• Support internal & Statutory audit and ensure closure all requirements in defined timeline
• Maintain all domestic and global banking relationships.
• Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers
• Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders
• Participate in the development of Corporate Treasury Accountings policies and procedures
• Manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest revenue
• Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting.
• Enhance and manage the regional and corporate direct cash flow forecasting process
• Monitor quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements
• Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies
• Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial management policies
• Responsible for all banking system automation

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years experience post qualification
• Worked in organization with turnover of min 500 crore or more
• Knowledge of working in Banking & Treasury team is must
• Team handling experience (5-7 team member)
• Must be able to work with high level of accuracy
• Sound knowledge of Oracle process or in good ERP environment
• Good presentation and communication skill to deal with top management
• Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder and task orientation
