Senior Manager - Event Sales

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals for IT rentals.

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for event clients, ensuring superior service delivery. Work closely with the operations team to meet client requirements efficiently.

• Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote services. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the event or MICE sector.
• Network: Strong connections with event-organizing government bodies and corporate event organizers.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and proposal drafting abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with IT rental solutions and event technology requirements is a plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
