Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Calling Team to manage and mentor our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer engagement, and driving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Performance Tracking

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Monitor call performance, conversions, and quality.
• Conduct daily team huddles to discuss goals, challenges, and progress.

2. Training & Quality Assurance

• Train telecallers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
• Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company scripts and calling protocols.

3. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Drive the team to generate leads and close sales for subscriptions, events, and digital products.
• Assist in handling escalations and negotiating with potential clients.
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and sales.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies.
• Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in CRM systems.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a team leader role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking software, and reporting systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Location: Pune.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (One Saturday working per month)
