Events Manager

Job Summary: The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution within the hotel. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in event management. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive event proposals, timelines, and floor plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., catering, housekeeping, audiovisual) to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
  
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of services and products provided by third parties.
• Budget Management:
  
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Monitor expenses and revenues associated with events to achieve profitability targets.
• On-site Event Management:
  
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events promptly.
• Client and Guest Relations:
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process and during the event.
