Job Description

To support the business of the company's Franchise partners, work as a guide to them look into end-to-end solutions from activating leads to revenue generation.
 
Business Vertical: E-commerce, Real estate
 
This position Reports to Regional Business Managers & Head Land and Key stakeholders include: Co-Founders and Founders, Marketing team, Franchisee, Brokers (Independent / IFAs). The position would have a team of Individual Contributors, as and when business grows in their respective geographies.
 
Key responsibilities
  1. Revenue generation through Land Transaction management in the geographic location of required Districts
  2. Achieving profitability in the Agri-land space set for the assigned territory
  3. Purchaser/Seller representation
  4. Developing and maintaining Franchisee/Farmer relationships in the region
  5. Generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers
  6. Empanelment with Franchisee and Business Partners in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets
  7. Organizing marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various land deals, thus generating a greater number of leads
  8. Lead generation through own contacts / various marketing activities
  9. Deal sourcing & Closure of leads.
  10. Recruit an internal team of Field Officers to drive revenue targets.
  11. Team building and management
  12. Guiding team in closing high end transactions
  13. Reviewing performance of team and counsel them on their performance
  14. Billing, Collections and timely updates to internal stakeholders
  15. Representing the organization in different forums, as and when required
Requirements
  • - Knowledge and Experience of Real Estate specially Agri-Land including documentation, agreements etc.
  • - Minimum relevant experience of 5-10 years and above
  • - Self-motivated professional with ability to acquire and manage franchisee/brokers for Land (Buy/Sell/Lease).
  • - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • - Sales oriented focus with a strong background on B2C and B2B sales, from Real Estate.
  • - Existing relationships with broker networks in their respective Region is a plus.
  • - Very strong track record on integrity and business ethics.
  • - This position involves a lot of travel across the geography and is expected to live out of suitcase for at least 20 days in a month.
Additional Information
Key skills
  • - Relevant experience in Sales, preferably from Real Estate Sales, International Property Consultants, Medical Field Sales.
  • - Graduate. (An MBA is an added advantage.)
  • - Excellent Communication skills is a Must (At least 1 regional Language).
