Job Description
Coresight Research is looking for a detail-oriented Events Associate to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Manage Coresight s digital event production, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and other in-person events.
- Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants.
- Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as intro videos and slide decks.
- Email Campaigns: Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events.
- Event Promotion: Promote digital events on trade or third-party platforms.
- Newsletter Management: Manage the monthly Innovator Newsletter.
- Event Journey Improvement: Re-imagine and improve the webinar and digital event journey.
- Email List Management: Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs.
- SEO Improvement: Review and improve webinar SEO.
- Event List Management: Clean up the all-time master events list.
- Tool Management: Manage Zoom and Restream accounts, archive videos, and coordinate brand-building webinars.
Key Skills:
- Strong skills in event planning and execution.
- Excellent community engagement and marketing communication skills.
- Proficient in project coordination and management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Qualifications:
- masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital event production tools (eg, Zoom, Restream).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
