We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager/Manager Sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth of the brand.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager/Manager Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This individual will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and events space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other partners.

2. Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales across multiple business verticals, including banquets, events, and hospitality services
• Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with potential clients.

3. Account Management

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing personalized service and timely follow-ups
• Handle client requirements for events, ensuring flawless execution and repeat business.

4. Market Research & Insights

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive competitive advantage
• Provide inputs on pricing, packages, and promotional strategies

5. Sales Reporting

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to the Director of Sales and CEO
• Track key metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the hotel, banquet, or hospitality industry

Proven Track Record: Experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business growth

Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel to the JLN campus and flexible working hour

Location: Work from Office role based at THE ZORA, JLN Stadium, Delhi

Reporting: Directly to CEO.
