hospitality, banquets, and event spaces. We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager/Manager â
Sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to the conê¢nued growth of the brand.
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager/Manager â Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing
new business opportuniê¢es, managing client relaê¢onships, and supporê¢ng the overall sales strategy.
This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales or the CEO and work closely with the
leadership team to achieve ambiê¢ous revenue targets.
Key Responsibiliê¢es
1. Sales & Client Acquisiê¢on
o
o
Idenê¢fy and pursue new business opportuniê¢es in the hospitality and events space.
Build and maintain strong relaê¢onships with corporate clients, event planners, and
other partners.
2. Business Development
o
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales across mulê¢ple business verê¢cals,
including banquets, events, and hospitality services.
o
Parê¢cipate in sales presentaê¢ons, negoê¢aê¢ons, and closing deals with potenê¢al
clients.
3. Account Management
o
Ensure a high level of client saê¢sfacê¢on by providing personalized service and ê¢mely
follow-ups.
o
Handle client requirements for events, ensuring ï¬awless execuê¢on and repeat
business.
4. Market Research & Insights
o
Stay up to date with market trends, compeê¢tor acê¢viê¢es, and customer preferences
to drive compeê¢ê¢ve advantage.
o
Provide inputs on pricing, packages, and promoê¢onal strategies.
5. Sales Reporê¢ng
o
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to the Director
of Sales and CEO.
o
Track key metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Requirements
â¢
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account
management within the hotel, banquet, or hospitality industry.

Proven Track Record: Experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business
relaê¢onships.

Skills: Strong interpersonal, negoê¢aê¢on, and communicaê¢on skills.
Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel to the JLN campus and ï¬exible working hours.
Locaê¢on: Work from Oï¬ce role based at THE ZORA, JLN Stadium, Delhi.
Reporê¢ng: Directly to the Director of Sales/CEO.
