faciliê¢es, including luxury banquets, state-of-the-art event spaces, and high-end hospitality services.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales and business
development eï¬orts.
Role Overview
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships,
and leading the sales eï¬orts across various business verê¢cals of THE ZORA, including hotels,
banquets, and other hospitality services. This individual will play a criê¢cal role in posiê¢oning THE
ZORA as the premier desê¢naê¢on for events, corporate gatherings, and lifestyle experiences. The role
requires extensive experience in hotel and hospitality sales, business development, and client
relaê¢onship management.
Key Responsibiliê¢es
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
o
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all
business units.
o

Lead and manage the sales team to ensure opê¢mal performance.
Idenê¢fy and secure high-value partnerships and clients.
2. Business Development
o
Expand business opportuniê¢es across mulê¢ple verê¢cals, including hotels, banquets,
events, and lifestyle services.
o
Foster relaê¢onships with key corporate clients, event planners, and hospitality
partners.
3. Client Engagement & Relaê¢onship Management
o
o
Ensure a high level of client saê¢sfacê¢on and build long-term relaê¢onships.
Act as a brand ambassador for THE ZORA, represenê¢ng the organizaê¢on in client
meeê¢ngs, industry events, and conferences.
4. Market Analysis & Compeê¢ê¢ve Intelligence
o
Monitor market trends, compeê¢tor acê¢viê¢es, and customer preferences to idenê¢fy
growth opportuniê¢es.
o
Provide insights and recommendaê¢ons to the CEO on market posiê¢oning and
product oï¬erings.
5. Reporê¢ng & Stakeholder Communicaê¢on
o

Provide regular sales performance reports to the CEO.
Collaborate closely with markeê¢ng, operaê¢ons, and other departments to ensure
smooth execuê¢on of business plans.
Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the
hotel, banquet, or hospitality industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, achieving revenue
targets, and driving business growth.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, moê¢vate, and manage a high-performing team.
Networking Ability: Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to build and maintain
relaê¢onships with high-value clients and partners.

Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel to the JLN campus and ï¬exible work hours.
Communicaê¢on: Excellent wriê¢en and verbal communicaê¢on skills.
Locaê¢on: This is a Work from Oï¬ce role with ï¬exible hours, based out of THE ZORA Habitat
Center in JLN, Delhi.
