Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a company culture aligned with organizational goals by integrating desired cultural dimensions into HR policies and procedures.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including bulk hiring of freshers and interns, to ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions at competitive salaries.
- Oversee timely and accurate compensation management while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, including PF and ESIC.
- Establish and manage a progressive Talent Management System, incorporating a fair and effective Performance Management System (PMS) and other supporting frameworks.
- Formulate and implement employee engagement strategies to reduce attrition, and coach senior leaders on retaining high-performing employees.
- Build organizational capabilities by developing employee competencies to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between support departments, operations, and sales functions regarding HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, and attrition management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading HR functions, ideally in a company with a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
- Expertise in designing and implementing performance management and employee engagement systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach when needed.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
