Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads in the US market.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present FBSPL's solutions effectively.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos, working closely with the sales and operations teams to close deals.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute ABM strategies and campaigns.

Key Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or similar role in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing or business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach.
- Proven ability to work night shifts and effectively engage with clients in the USA.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
