Senior Finance Manager - US Staffing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance /Account Manager with a strong background in US Payroll, Taxation, Employee Benefits, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting within the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with US tax laws, overseeing payroll processing, and driving financial strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full cycle of US payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, including payroll taxes, corporate taxes, and other regulatory filings.
• Manage employee benefit programs (healthcare, 401(k), retirement plans, etc.), ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the financial forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track company performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced financial control and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and other relevant financial standards.
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors for smooth audit processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the US staffing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of US payroll processing, federal and state tax regulations, and benefits administration.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement and strategic financial planning.
