Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute global financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
Financial Operations
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across global markets.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital management to optimize financial performance.
• Implement and standardize financial systems and tools to streamline global processes.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations and geopolitical impacts.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.
Team Leadership
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global finance team.
• Foster collaboration across regions to align financial practices and drive efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
• CA
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years as a manager, managing international financial operations.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, tax laws, and US GAAP
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools, such as QB, Zoho, Excel, PPT Word.
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional management and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
