Fake company, they just play with Engineer. After taking three rounds of interview and got selected, also they offered package in mail but lastly they are not communicating and left idle. Horrible experience

You will learn a lot in this organization. Supportive and good management except in IT support.

Dislikes

Management in IT support function is not only corrupted but also have ego and if you tried to take initiatives you will be harassed till their rgo satisfied, so dont join IT support (I'm Victim for that). No travel allowance. This organization deserves 4 star as, other departments are good but, due to corrupt management in IT support giving 1 star

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
