Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

• Help with the onboarding process, including documentation and induction sessions.

Employee Engagement:

• Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance workplace culture.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Assist with payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
• Support in drafting HR policies and procedures as needed.

Training & Development:

• Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing related reports.

General Support:

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of HR operations.

Desired Profile:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
