- The Head of Human Resources is a strategic and operational leader responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources function.
- This critical role will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's business goals, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, addressing performance issues, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Operations & Technology:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll processing, employee data management, and HRIS administration.
- Implement and maintain HR technology systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
Culture & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as social events, team-building exercises, and employee recognition programs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills
