Job Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product details, order-related concerns, refunds, and returns.
  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Support e-commerce operations by troubleshooting order processing issues and providing solutions.
  • Use MS Office and Google tools to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Apply analytical and logical reasoning to identify problems and propose solutions to vendors and suppliers.
Note: Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
Job Requirements Customer Care Executive
To excel in this customer service representative role, you should have:
  • Minimum Education : Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience : Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply for the role.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi or Bengali.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Ecommerce experience and knowledge will be an additional advantage.
  • Technical Skills : Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, and Documents.
  • Customer Focus : A strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Logical Thinking : Ability to analyze customer/vendor concerns and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • Availability : Willingness to work in flexible shifts in a fast-paced customer support environment
