We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Lead to create, lead, and execute our talent development strategy. You will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning, nurturing future leaders, and driving organizational excellence through impactful learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Learning Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, culture, and talent goals.
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify current and future skill gaps and define targeted learning solutions for all levels.
- Learning Program Design: Develop engaging learning programs, including leadership development, functional skill-building, and personal growth initiatives through multiple channels (instructor-led, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, etc.).
- Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate impactful training sessions using diverse delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended learning), ensuring a consistent and positive learning experience.
- Performance & Career Development: Support career conversations, personal development plans, and succession planning to unlock potential and drive career growth within the organization.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through qualitative and quantitative methods. Gather feedback, track key metrics, and refine programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Vendor Partnerships: Build relationships with external learning partners and consultants to enrich the L&D portfolio.
- Budget Management: Optimize the training budget and monitor ROI to maximize value while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging L&D practices, incorporating best-in-class methods and technologies into the organization's learning strategy.
What You Will Need:
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in adult learning theories, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with expertise in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern learning tools.
- Analytical mindset to assess learning impact and drive data-based decisions.
